One Account Per Individual: Each individual is permitted to hold only one PSG777 account. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and any associated balance may be forfeited by PSG777 without compensation.

User Account & Security

When registering a PSG777 account, you are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for:

For withdrawals, PSG777 processes requests within 5 to 60 minutes upon verification. PSG777 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. All withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for your last deposit, except in special circumstances approved by PSG777.

  • Bets that have been placed and confirmed by the PSG777 system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user
  • PSG777 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason
  • Odds displayed reflect the current odds at the time the bet is placed; PSG777 is not liable for any minor display errors
  • The minimum bet per market is RM 1 and the maximum is subject to the applicable market limits
  • In the case of live betting, delays caused by a user's internet connection are not grounds for bet cancellation

Bet Cancellation & Disputed Outcomes

  • A sporting event is cancelled, suspended for more than 12 hours, or not completed in the designated format
  • There is strong evidence that the event was manipulated (match-fixing)
